Huda Beauty Khaki Haze Obsessions Eyeshadow Palette is a new, nine-pan palette with five matte eyeshadows and four shimmer eyeshadows. The mattes were fairly powdery to the point where a few shades were sheer or prone to sheerness (once I started to spread or blend them out), and they were thin and somewhat dry. The shimmers were thicker and denser, so they worked better applied first rather than layered over the mattes to avoid pushing/lifting up the thinner matte shades. The quality was all over the place, unfortunately.
