VELVET Mousse Strong is a mousse for strong hold and extra fullness. This mousse provides more root volume, especially for fine hair. The special thing about it is that the hair does not stick together despite the strong hold. The mousse can be combed out without leaving any residue and is particularly suitable for short to medium-length hair.
With limited exceptions, valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit. Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock.
All store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 48 hours after the return is processed.
