How to use

• Moisten a cotton pad with the Blackhead Eliminating Cleansing Toner
• Wipe over face and neck. Do not rinse.
• Apply twice daily for best results

Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly. Do not use on irritated skin. Stop use if irritation occurs.
